CALI

Cali is a sweet little 3 week old Rott mix girl.  She has no family.  Isabel called me and told me about her and so we have her up at the Sanctuary.  She is being taken care of and in a few weeks will be looking for her forever home.  She is a sweet little girl and weighs a big 3 pounds.  She is active and eats soft foods on her own.

UPDATE  April 10

Cali has found her forever home. Allison Bendersky has adopted Cali and took her home on Saturday April 9th.  Cali fell in love with her and we are sure that Cali will be in the best of hands.  Out thanks also to Seth and Jenny who fostered Cali for a week.  Their unwavering support of the Sanctuary allows us to help so many more.

April 20th - Ali has sent a picture of Cali in her new home - we hope to get a picture of Cali with her new mom soon.

Update November 2006

No one knew how Cali now named Sasha would look as an adult.  I have the great joy of working with her mom Ali who is also a volunteer and supporter of the Sanctuary.  Well Sasha looks nothing like the little puppy she was.  In fact her coloring looks to have reversed.  Sasha lives a very pampered life with Ali, her sister Andrea and her parents.  She is spoiled to the max and I think likes to think she runs the house.  Both Ali and Andrea volunteer for many of our events and have helped us to raise funds for the Sanctuary.
